Once your package ships out, it is in the hands of the the mail carrier, not Thistle Canyon Co. Please make sure you give us the correct shipping address when you place your order. We will do everything we can to assist you in the steps you need to take in tracking your package, but please keep in mind that we have done our part and provided you with everything you need for tracking.

Thistle Canyon Co. is NOT responsible for lost packages. Please select Priority shipping if you prefer insurance.

Returns must be requested and post-marked to us within 14 days from your date of purchase.

Your item/s to be returned must be in new condition (tags still attached, no odor, pet hair or other user damage/wear/tear).

Returns are eligible for store credit only.

Items that are final sale and cannot be returned: accessories and other non-clothing items, intimates, leggings, and sale/clearance items (any item discounted 30% or more from full retail price).

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
